MARIA PAOLETTI
Maria Paoletti Masini, lawyer with civilist specialization, has been since 1971 Assistant Professor and lately Professor of Private law at the Pisa University. Since 1972 she's enroled in the Lawyers register of the court of Pisa and is active in court as civilist and experienced in law of the family, business law, work law and agricolture law. In the 80's she started dealing with environmental law, as consultant af the firm Teseco s.p.a. of Pisa, of which she is member of the partner board. In 1992 she ideates with the husband Gualtiero Masini, President of Teseco Group, a cultural project aimed at developing th bond between business and culture, devoting herself with passion to the problems of contemporrary culture, with particular regard to visual arts, in order to experiment the relationship between culture and business, society, communication, globalization and transformation.
As president of the Foundation Teseco per l'arte, constituted and financed by Teseco group since 1998, she reached important goals: the Foundation has become one of the most important private actors in the landscape of Italian cultural institutions and the project elaborated by the Foundation has allowed Teseco Group to gain the Guggenheim award business and culture 2000.
