DAVIDE PAOLINI
Born in the region of Romagna, globetrotter by choice, he refuses labels like journalist, expert, enogastronomist and defines himself as "gastronaut". And to be gastronauts qualities are required: attraction for taste, thrill for the search but not for the finding, the desire of conviviality. These qualities allow him to relate to the products through the five senses, taking a backwards metaphorical journey to discover the path of what is tasting.
In his experience, marketing communication for Benetton and for a firm of his own. Professional communicator, has turned his passion for the world of gastronomy in a real job occupation. Its philosophy is based on the search of the products which have allowed the Italian mainland to become the country of taste par excellance. He's author of provoking exhibition on this theme, he's teaching at the Università di Parma, editorialist for Sole 24 Ore, anchorman of the radio broadcast Il Gastronauta on Radio 24, and author of many books.
