CESARE PIETROIUSTI
Cesare Pietroiusti's artistic research (Rome, 1955) shows his interest for paradoxical situations or hidden problems in ordinary existence. These thoughts come to mind apparently without reason, they seem like small worries, sort of obsessions seen as too insignificant to be analysed or to be represented.
This has brought him to explore choices and intentions made by others as well as making these intentions his own. For one of his exhibitions "In che cosa posso esserti utile?"(What can I help you with?) the artist would do a favour to anybody who asked him at the exhibition, documenting the ways in which this happened and the results of these actions.
