CATTERINA SEIA
Catterina Seia studied business and sociology, she has been working in the UniCredit Group since 1980. She has started working in the Organisation, Marketing and Human Resource field after attending an internal master for high potential. She is managing the Training Centre and the Central Communication Director Board and Training Centre of Banca CRT. She was Communication Director for the launch of UniCredit Private Banking. She is the manager of the strategic Project that UniCredit group started in 2005. this particular project focuses on contemporary languages in order to spread innovation and dynamism values and to develop communication with target audiences and value the speech of the communities it becomes involved with.
